This technical requirement is based on half a line of linear fully automatic screen printing equipment and is decomposed into the following five modules:
(1)Single screen printing machine
(2) Matching conveyor line (including loading conveyor, unloading conveyor and bottom return conveyor)
(3) Light curing drying line
(4) Flipping machine
(5) Elevator (feed end and discharge end)

2. Screen printing machine working process:

Manually place the jig at the feeding end → Print on the front → Dry → Turn the plate → Return to the bottom → Print on the back → Dry → Manually take the jig.

General basic functional requirements:
1.It can be used for screen printing of terbium or dysprosium on the surface of sintered NdFeB products, and can realize automatic feeding, printing, baking, cooling, flipping, discharging, returning and continuous production.

2. Production cycle and capacity: Based on the product specification of 25*12*5, the single printing and drying film thickness is 10-50um. When the whole machine is in continuous production, each plate is coated once, the production cycle is 10-15S/plate to complete the curing, and the equipment can work continuously for 24 hours.

3. Single disk film consistency: Under the condition of sufficient slurry, the relative standard deviation of weight gain in the disk (standard deviation/mean) is ≤5%.

4. Consistency of film layer between each plate: Under the condition of sufficient slurry, the relative standard deviation of weight gain between plates (standard deviation/mean) is ≤10%, or the repeatability of printing is ≤±5um.

5. Applicable product specifications: flat products, product thickness 1-30mm.

6. Parameter control: The angle control accuracy of the scraper and the ink return knife is ≤5 degrees, the height control accuracy of the scraper and the ink knife is ≤0.3mm, and the screen positioning control accuracy is ≤0.5mm.

7. Automation expansion: It can be expanded to automatic material placement, automatic turning, and automatic loading and unloading.

8. Jig: Can be used in continuous production for 1 year without deformation or warping.

9. Transmission control accuracy ≤ 0.1m/min.

10. All conveyors and flip machines can pass through a height of ≥80mm.

Main performance

(1) The whole machine adopts PLC control system, human-machine interface interaction, and is equipped with fault display system and safety protection device.
(2) The infeed and outfeed conveyors are driven by variable frequency motors, which facilitates the multi-speed connection between the upper and lower machines during the online operation.
(3) The product positioning method adopts 5-point cylinder positioning to ensure the positioning of the magnetic product and the consistency of the printing position.
(4) Specially designed suction printing platform to stably fix the magnetic disk.
(5) The lifting mechanism is a vertical structure, driven by a servo motor and guided by a linear guide. The screen is lifted vertically.
(6) The printing head is a gear reduction motor + variable frequency drive, linear guide rail. Printing is smooth and the speed can be adjusted independently.
( 7 ) Screen adjustment uses X, Y, Y 3-axis movement fine-tuning.
( 8 ) The control system is equipped with safety protection (leakage protection, phase loss protection, overload protection, emergency stop button) to prevent safety accidents

8. Machine maintenance

① Before going to work, you should clean up the debris on the machine and wipe it clean. Regularly add lubricating grease to the guide rails, guide columns, bearings and other moving parts.
② The work table is a key component that affects the printing quality. It should be prevented from being hit by hard objects. When printing, ink, thinner and other organic solvents should not be dripped onto the work table.
③ The electronic control panel and buttons should be prevented from direct or indirect contact with solvents such as thinner and oil water to prevent damage.
④ The purpose of frame paint is to keep the machine from rusting and to prevent damage caused by direct or indirect contact with solvents such as thinner and oil-opening water.
⑤ The sewage and dirt in the oil mist combiner should be discharged in time to prevent it from entering the pneumatic components and affecting the normal operation. The cup body should be cleaned regularly and lubricating oil should be added to the oil cup of the oil mist combiner .
⑥ When adjusting the flow limiting valve, you must first loosen the locking nut before adjusting it by hand. The handle screw on the machine is used for positioning. After it is firmly positioned, there is no need to tighten it too much.
⑦ After work, turn off the power supply / gas source, clean the screen, and keep it properly to prevent dust / pressure / puncture from hard objects.
