Introduction of TX-1300UV Curing Machine

Application Scope: This UV curing machine is suitable for curing and drying UV printing inks on large-size products such as glass, acrylic, plastic sheets, and metal plates.

Main Performance

1.The UV curing machine features a novel design, attractive appearance, and excellent practical operability, equipped with famous-brand lamps and a variable-speed motor. Its curing effect and technical parameters far exceed similar products; the operability and controllability of the variable-speed motor can fully meet the required demands. The stainless steel conveyor belt is a highly wear-resistant and durable material.

2.The exhaust system adopts a centrifugal fan installed at the top of the machine, providing strong and uniform air extraction for effective heat dissipation and ventilation. In addition, 2 cooling fans are installed at the discharge end to quickly reduce the surface temperature of the cured products, making the patterns and texts on the products more firm.

Operation Steps


1.Open the lamp cover, adjust the height of the lampshade to the required height for the product, and then close the cover.
2.Turn on the main power switch, and the power indicator light will be on.
3.Turn on the air circulation switch; the air circulation indicator light will be on, and the air circulation motor will start working. (Note: When the air circulation motor is working, clockwise rotation is normal; otherwise, the motor phase needs to be adjusted) Follow the arrow direction.
4.Turn on the variable-speed motor switch, twist the governor, and select an appropriate speed to suit the product.
5.Turn on the UV lamp switch; the ammeter will display the corresponding current of the lamp's power (when turning off and then on the lamp, it is necessary to wait for the lamp to cool down before restarting).
6.After completing the work, first turn off the UV lamp, then the variable-speed motor, followed by the air circulation switch, and finally the main power switch.
7.The top air circulation motor generally starts rotating 2 minutes after the lamp is turned on. (Note: This function is pre-set and does not require additional settings)
